中文摘要: 在政策引导下,我国的人工智能与实体经济的融合已经成为大势所趋。因此,在教育领域,也针对性地出台设计了适应这一趋势的人才培养体系 。然而,在高校层面,上与其它学科的交叉和人工智能通识课程的发展较为滞后。基于此背景,本文在这一背景下,从人工智能对就业对影响、在招聘工作中的应用以及大学生对人工智能影响就业的认识人工智能就就业的短期的替代效应和收入效应主要影响大学生群体,人工智能被应用于招聘,以及探索性调查中大学生群体对于人工智能影响就业的认识片面,这三个方面讨论了高校开展人工智能的必要性。并以在此为基础,借鉴数字素养培养框架,提出从人工智能通识课程的意识层面作为基础基础、实践层面方向作为方向和技能与身份层面作为目标关键三个方面讨论了就业导向下人工智能通识课程设计的重点
Abstract:Under the guidance of policy, the integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy has become the important trend in China. In the field of education, it is designing a talent training system to adapt to this trend. However, at the university level, the intersection with other disciplines and the development of artificial intelligence general courses are ignored. Based on this background, this paper discusses the necessity of developing artificial intelligence in colleges from three aspects: the influence of artificial intelligence on employment, the application of artificial intelligence to recruitment, and the attitudes and understanding of college students towards artificial intelligence on employment. Based on this, this paper discusses the key points of employment-oriented general curriculum design of artificial intelligence from three aspects: consciousness-level as foundation, practice-level as direction, skill and identity-level as aim.
