中文摘要: 摘?要:把人民生命健康放在优先发展战略地位,以科技创新引领卫生健康事业新发展,需要通过开展技术预见科学判断和前瞻把握生命健康领域的“卡脖子”问题、关键核心技术和未来发展趋势,回答生命健康科学技术如何促进经济社会发展和提升人民群众生活质量等一些科学问题。本研究旨在综合利用多源数据和计算机算法,探索性地构建基于数据挖掘的科技前沿探测方法模型和实施流程,识别出生命健康9个子领域计算机的95个前沿技术课题。同时组织开展德尔菲调查,依靠专家智慧,综合考量未来愿景、社会发展和民生需求,遴选出面向2035年的11项优先发展技术方向,为党和政府科学决策服务、为提高全民科学素质和推动创新驱动发展提供重要的战略支撑。
Abstract:Abstract: In order to making people’s lives and health as the priority development strategy, and leading the new development of health care with scientific and technological innovation, it is necessary to carry out technical foresight research to scientifically judge and foresee the stranglehold problems, key and core technologies and future development trends in the field of life and health, and to answer scientific questions about how life and health science and technology can promote economic and social development and improve people's lives. The study aims to use computer detection algorithms and massive multi-source data platforms to exploringly build a data mining-based technology frontier detection method system and implementation process, and identify 95 frontier technology topics in 9 sub-fields of life and health. At the same time, the study organizes and conducts Delphi surveys. Relying on experts’ wisdom and considering future vision, social development and people’s livelihood needs, the study selects 11 priority development technical directions for 2035 to provide strategic support for scientific decision-making of the Party and the government, improving people’s scientific literacy, and promoting innovation-driven transformation.
