中文摘要: 近年来,各高校纷纷尝试探索创新创业教育与劳动教育的融合。在这样的背景下,文章以北航《创业实践》课程为例,讨论创新创业课程融合劳动教育的效果。通过半结构定性访谈,研究发现该课程强化了对双创和劳动知识的理解,信息技术的融合提升了创业和劳动的效果,以及思政劳育、以创促劳和以劳践创都达到了预期。但同时,研究也发现双创和劳动知识指导实践的程度上具有差异,专业知识融入其中的作用不明显,以及劳创融合不够系统和全面的问题,针对以上发现,本文提出了相关建议。

Abstract:In recent years, colleges have tried to explore the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education. In this context, taking the entrepreneurship practice course of Beihang University as an example, this paper discusses the effect of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum with labor education. Through semi-structured qualitative interviews, the study found that the course strengthened the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship and labor knowledge. The integration of information technology improved the effect of entrepreneurship and labor. And its ideological and political education, promoting labor through innovation and practicing innovation through labor all met the expectations. However, at the same time, the study also found that there are differences in the degree of guiding practice between entrepreneurship and innovation and labor knowledge. The role of professional knowledge is not obvious, and the integration of labor innovation is not systematic and comprehensive. In view of the above findings, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
