中文摘要: 围绕科技工作者需求,科协组织开展了一系列人才工作,着力增强科技工作者认同感归属感获得感、支持科技工作者成长成才、搭建学术交流合作平台、营造良好创新环境和助力科技工作者在经济社会发展中自我实现,为科技工作者的事业发展和价值实现提供了有力支持。面向新时代人才事业发展的新任务、新目标,本文进一步以安徽省科技工作者为研究样本,了解科技工作者的重点需求和突出困难,提出科协组织强化桥梁纽带作用的相关建议,包括加大青年人才培养支持力度,推动健全科技人才评价体系,聚焦重点领域推动科技经济融合发展,引导更多科技工作者参与科普工作等。

Abstract:The CAST has provided strong support for the career development and value realization of S T workers, built academic exchange and cooperation platforms, created a good innovation environment and helped S T workers serving economic and social development. Facing the new tasks and goals of talent development in the new era, this study designed to understand the key needs and difficulties of S T workers based on a survey in Anhui Province, and put forward suggestions on strengthening CAST’s role of bridges and ties. The suggestions are as follows. The training and support of young talents need to be strengthened, and the evaluation system of S T talents needs a promotion. Focusing on key areas, S T workers need more supports to serve the integrated development of science, technology and economy, and more support to serve the science popularization.
