Abstract:Science and technology talents are vital to the development of science and technology innovation in a country. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of researchers' academic impact is of great significance to the selection, introduction and management of science and technology talents. At the same time, it can also create a fair and just academic atmosphere and enhance academic achievements, and promotes the development of science and technology. In view of the characteristics of rapid iteration and updating of knowledge in the emerging science and technology field, this study proposes a comprehensive evaluation system and model for the academic impact of scientific researchers in the emerging science and technology field, and presents a case study of high impact researchers in artificial intelligence. The results show that author's citation has the greatest influence on academic influence, followed by academic research ability and academic activity. In sum, the paper provides a method for objectively assigning indicators to provide support for the evaluation of scientific researchers' academic impact.
