Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current situation, problems and needs of the science counselor team in the military science and technology hall of the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution, in association with the theory and practical experience on museology, this paper puts forward some suggestion on how to innovate the team building and improve the team’s ability to serve the society, so as to meet the needs of our time for the development of science and technology museums.
