Abstract:Due to the continuous affect of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, science and technology-based small and medium -sized (micro) enterprises are facing difficulties in capital turnover and financing, and the risk of financial vulnerability is more obvious. There are not only internal reasons, but also external environmental factors such as social and economic environment, market conditions and financial services. This paper traces the source of the problem of financial institutions serving and promoting the financing of science and technology-based small and medium-sized (micro) enterprises under the background of post epidemic situation, and take Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze the difficulties faced by financial institutions in financing practice of science and technology-based small and medium-sized (micro) enterprises. It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as the establishment of risk debt repayment fund, the construction of multi-level information platform, the use of human capital as an important basis for credit line guarantee, and the focus on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. We hope these suggestions can help science and technology-based small and medium-sized (micro) enterprises to "turn crisis into opportunity" and promote the transformation and upgrading of investment and financing services.
