中文摘要: 为推进我国新能源关键技术领域的技术创新,采用德尔菲法进行调查,开展了新能源电力、新能源汽车、电力存储等新能源关键技术领域的技术预见研究,明确了技术实现时间、重要技术课题、制约因素和领先国家或地区,确定了10项优先发展的关键共性技术课题。分析结果表明,这10项技术课题在2030年前后将实现大规模普及应用,支持新能源产业加速发展和融合发展,支撑构建形成高比例新能源的新型能源体系,将能够保障我国能源安全、提高人民生活质量、促进社会经济的可持续发展。
Abstract:Abstract: in order to promote the technology innovation of china in the field of new-energy key technologies, the delphi method is adopted to carry out technology foresight research in the key field of new-energy electricity, new-energy vehicles and electrical power storage, etc., and the technology realization time, important technical topics, restrictive factors and leading countries or regions are clarified, especially 10 key generic technology topics for priority development are identified in this study. the analysis results show that the 10 priority technology topics will achieve large-scale application around 2030, supporting the accelerated and integrated development of new-energy industries and the construction of new-energy system with a high proportion of new-energy sources will be able to guarantee china's energy security, improve the quality of people's lives, and promote the sustainable development of society and economy.
